A deposit for the 50% of your total bill is required to confirm your reservation. The total payment is required at one night reservations.

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Please remember that there is a big difference between hotels and staying in a guest house. In a B&B, there is no receptionist on duty to await your arrival, so if you plan to arrive after check in time, please advice us so we may be sure to be here to greet you. This is very important for us!
More than 15 days before requested arrival date
There is a $200 pesos charge for administration and banking charge for cancellations and amendments made prior to 15 days from arrival. Within or less than 15 days There is a cancellation fee of one night for hotel within 15 days from arrival.
DURING EASTER, AND THE END OF THE CHRISTMAS SEASON ALL DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
